TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Mills Competitions Ltd (Company No. 16698971), trading as R8ffle.
2. The Competition
2.1 Skill-Based Entry: Each competition requires the entrant to answer a multiple-choice question correctly. This is a test of skill, judgement, and knowledge. The Promoter ensures that all competition questions require genuine skill, knowledge, or judgement. Questions that are overly simple or widely known will not be used.
2.2 Validity: Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw. Incorrect entries will not be refunded or entered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age/Location: Open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Verification: Winners must provide a valid government-issued Photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence) matching their account details before any prize is released. Fraudulent entries will be void. The promoter may request additional proof if required.
3.3 One Account: Users are permitted only one account. Mills Competitions Ltd reserves the discretionary right to disqualify any user found to be operating multiple accounts. In such cases, all associated entries (paid or free) may be voided without refund.
4. The Draw and Prizes
4.1 The Mechanism: Winners will be determined during a live-streamed event on our official social media channels, using a random number generator.
4.2 Competition Duration: Competitions will run for a maximum of 12 months from launch.
4.3 Sold-Out Draws: If the competition sells out before the deadline date, then the competition draw will take place at an earlier date in advance of the deadline.
4.4 The 80% Threshold: If at least 80% of tickets are sold by the closing date, the full prize (e.g., the Audi R8) will be awarded.
4.5 Under-Sold Draws: If less than 80% of tickets are sold, the Promoter will award a Cash Prize equal to 75% of the total ticket revenue for that specific competition. The Cash Prize is the only alternative offered if under‑sold.
4.6 Delivery: Vehicle prizes include free delivery to the winner’s UK address (or an agreed UK Location). The winner must provide proof of valid insurance effective from the date of delivery. Road Tax is the responsibility of the winner.
4.7 Warranty: The Promoter provides no warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer or dealer for any prizes.
5. Winner Notification & Forfeiture
5.1 Claim Period: We will attempt to contact the winner for 14 days via phone and email, and will attempt to make contact at least once every 48 hours during this period.
5.2 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date. The Promoter accepts no liability for failure to contact a winner due to incorrect or inactive contact information.
5.3 Redraw: If the winner is unreachable or fails to verify their ID/Insurance within 14 days, the prize is forfeited. In this event, a new winner will be drawn from the original pool of correct entries.
6. Free Entry Route (Postcard)
6.1 Valid free entries are treated identically to paid entries and have an equal chance of winning. Free entries must be received before the competition closing date.
6.2 To enter for free, you must follow these “Strict Compliance” rules:
